Fictuonaly universe to live in? It depends, as Jeff said. If you are in a position of power like a main character then there are many options. If you are a regular person the choice becomes more limited. Maybe Mass Effect? Even as a regular person you can travel the universe, get mods to become powerful, and meet aliens, so that might be a good choice.
